Mrs. Frazier’s career began in residential sales throughout the Inland Empire, earning recognition among the top sales representatives in the area. With over 9 years of real estate experience, Mrs. Frazier’s skill set is focused on satisfying clients needs in locating their new warehouse or office space. Mrs. Frazier offers the ability to advise each client with a set of solutions to help them make informed decisions. Mrs. Frazier has also worked in loan processing, which gives her an advantage when it comes time to assist her clients in purchasing a facility.

With her experience, Mrs. Frazier has dedicated her career to locating functional distribution and office space, as well as investment properties, within the Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets. Her objective is to analyze the market and negotiate the best price, rate and options for every client. She focuses her efforts on delivering spaces that meet distribution, trucking and administrative needs and pointing out the benefits of each facility. Mrs. Fraizer’s client driven support delivers quick answers, a strong network among landlords and brokers, and the expertise to identify safe, clean and functional properties.

Mrs. Frazier was raised in the Northwest and located to California in 2000. She is currently residing in Rancho Cucamonga and enjoys spending time with her family.
