Angela Pan, an Associate Director at Encon Commercial, Inc., has been working in commercial real estate with Encon Commercial for over five years. Her real and practical input is a key component in implementing a marketing program that attracts the best qualified tenants and strongest buyers.

In order to ensure her clients receive the highest service possible, Ms. Pan works with her team of agents to create a secure atmosphere for her clients while assisting them in locating the right facility for their growth, or relocation, throughout the Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Diego.

Ms. Pan graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor Degree of Foods and Nutrition – Dietetics Option and a Minor in Agricultural Business and Food Industry Management. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and currently resides in Diamond Bar, California with her family.

Mrs. Frazier’s career began in residential sales throughout the Inland Empire, earning recognition among the top sales representatives in the area. With over 9 years of real estate experience, Mrs. Frazier’s skill set is focused on satisfying clients needs in locating their new warehouse or office space. Mrs. Frazier offers the ability to advise each client with a set of solutions to help them make informed decisions. I specialize in helping warehouse tenants make the best real estate decisions for their future. I don’t work for big landlords, but instead focus all my time on representing tenants of warehouse space in Greater Los Angeles. City of Industry, Santa Fe Springs, Chino, Ontario and North Orange County are all areas that I regularly work.

My approach is business oriented and tenant focused. Instead of helping landlords make the most money possible, my goal when representing tenants in a transaction is to lower their fixed costs, help retain employees and make an informed real estate decision. Some of the ways I have helped tenants includes renegotiating favorable lease terms at renewal, sub-leasing, leasing, building purchases, lease versus buy analysis, effective rent analysis and broker opinions of value.

The bottom line: when I represent tenants, I put my time and fifteen years of experience into working for their interests and not the interests of a landlord.

Before working for Encon Commercial, I worked for Cushman and Wakefield in Downtown Los Angeles (largest private real estate brokerage in the world) for ten years. I started in the research department, worked my way onto a top industrial brokerage team in Commerce/Vernon, and then worked on the landlord side handling leasing and renewals for large industrial parks and office buildings throughout Greater Los Angeles. This experience gave me a great understanding into how landlords think and how to approach them effectively for the benefit of my clients.

I’ve lived in Los Angeles almost my entire life and I currently live in Pasadena, California with my wife.

Elizabeth Bartley comes to Encon Commercial, Inc. as a marketing / transaction coordinator. She is responsible for managing contacts with clients, scheduling client meetings and prepares property tour packages. She is also in charge of keeping property listings up to date, conducting preliminary research for “Broker’s Opinion of Value” (BOV) reports and maintaining the company website to ensure current listings and market data.

In the course of Ms. Bartley’s career in office administration, she has proven to be a well-rounded assistant in office management. She brings a strong attention to detail in keeping track of schedules, prioritizing communications for our real estate brokers and directors, updating marketing material, processing correspondence with clients and business associates, in addition to being a valuable asset to maintaining client relationships through-out the entire leasing process.

With the dependability and professionalism that Ms. Bartley has shown over the past six years, she is now also responsible for coordinating and marketing for the firm’s residential division, Cypress Properties, which has allowed Encon Commercial, Inc. to evolve into a truly full service real estate firm.

Ms. Bartley is currently studying at Mt. San Antonio College, Walnut, California with a focus in Business Administration. Prior to Ms. Bartley’s education, she worked for ENCON Technologies, Inc. as an office assistant developing her skills with general office functions.

John Scatoloni, Managing Director of Encon Commercial is responsible for facilitating commercial, office, industrial and land requirements throughout the greater Los Angeles area for regional, national and international based companies.

Mr. Scatoloni joined Encon Commercial in a directorship capacity and brings five years experience in transaction management and four years experience as the Assistant Manager of the California Trade and Investment Office, Taipei Taiwan. As an appointee of the Government of California, John Scatoloni oversaw successful direct investments to the United States and pioneered a proven selection process for overseas companies moving to Northern and Southern California. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Scatoloni worked in the Asia arena with multinational companies between 1995-1999 in the high-tech, global distribution, and professional service industries to provide solutions for their US real estate holdings and operational needs.

Mr. Scatoloni has developed a career dedicated to international real estate and assisting companies locate to establish operations in California. Mr. Scatoloni is on retainer with Coleman Real Estate Research Group to assist private equity fund managers with market data for the Los Angeles commercial real estate market. Mr. Scatoloni holds graduate degrees in Real Estate Finance and International Business, as well as an undergraduate degree in Asian and Pacific Rim studies.

Due to his extensive site selection experience, Mr. Scatoloni maintains contacts with various government agencies including: LAEDC, Sacramento, CITT, California Trade and Commerce, and CERTA in China in an effort to provide practical strategies and solutions to real estate issues and concerns. As a result, he is able to inform direct investors in understanding the complexities of Investing in California.
